What Is VPI
	VPI is the proven method for applying insulating resin to electrical windings to seal them from harsh environmental conditions. If your facility is subject to an atmosphere that interferes with motor life or performance you should speak with us to determine if VPI is a solution for you. VPI Tank Tank capacity 5' x 6'


	NOW AVAILABLE V.P.I. Service (VACUUM PRESSURE IMPREGNATION) Our state of the art VPI tank produces a motor that is virtually impervious to oil, moisture, and chemical contaminants. VPI may be used for both AC and DC motor stators, armatures, field coils, and applications such as lifting magnets. VPI is superior to solvent and conventional "dip and bake" method's. Solvent varnishes lose 50% to 70% of volume during baking, leaving voids and air pockets in the windings. The Benefit: VPI provides a 100% solid mass structure that gives you the greatest mechanical strength, a cooler running motor due to superior heat dissipation, and the highest level of enviromental protection.
